Q: How long is my Gift Certificate valid for? How do I redeem it?
A: Your certificate will have an expiration date listed in the bottom corner. To redeem a gift certificate, email us at email@example.com
and please include the 6-digit number from the corner of your certificate. We will then provide you with a special code to use at checkout.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
If placing your order online, you may also choose to use a valid Paypal account.
(However, you do NOT need to have a Paypal account to place your order online).
Q: How do I know your checkout page is secure?
A: Simple...secure checkout pages will begin with "https://..." (as opposed to regular web pages which begin with "http://...").
The addition of the "s" indicates that the page is secure. This applies to ALL secure sites / checkout pages on the internet.
Q: I need my order by a specific date. How can I be sure I'll have it in time?
A: To be sure, please contact us before placing your order. (shipping within U.S. only)
Q: How will I know if/when my order has been shipped?
A: We will send you a confirmation email the day your order ships. This email will include the USPS Delivery Confirmation number, which will allow you
to check the status of your order online. Just go to www.usps.com and enter this number in the "Track & Confirm" field.
Q: How long do orders usually take to ship?
A: Since all of our merchandise is custom made, we require approximately one week to design and create your order. (If a particular color crystal is on
backorder, it may take up to 2 weeks). Once we ship your order, it should take approximately 3-7 days (excluding Sundays and holidays) to arrive.
*For custom shoe orders, please allow 6 weeks from time of payment.
Q: It's been over 7 days since I received my shipping confirmation email, and I haven't received my order. What should I do?
A: Please notify us if it has been over 7 postal days and you haven't received your item(s). Although rare, the post office sometimes re-routes packages.
However, if you need the item by a certain date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will take the appropriate steps to rectify the situation.
Q: How can I be sure that the color crystal I choose will best match my gown, interview suit, cocktail dress, etc.?
A: If you are not sure of what shade crystal to go with, you may send us a swatch of your fabric, and our designers will find the best possible match.
You may also request crystal samples be sent to you. (a $5.00 fee will apply for this service, but will be deducted when you place your order)
Q: What if I want to use multiple colors?
A: From the drop-down color list, choose "Custom" and then click on the "Order Now" button. Once you are on the checkout pages, there will be a
"Comments" area. This is where you will list the colors and/or pattern that you would like. If you have questions about customizations, please contact
us before placing your order.
Q: What kind of crystals do you use?
A: We use only Swarovski crystals. ("Swarovski" is a registered trademark of Swarovski AG)
Q: What kind of metal(s) do you use?
A: Rather than use base metals (which most other jewelry companies use), we prefer to use sterling silver, 14k gold fill and gold vermeil.
Q: What is gold vermeil?
A: Vermeil is a term that describes a coating of gold over sterling silver.
Q: I damaged my jewelry. Do you make repairs?
A: Yes. You can send any jewelry item back for repair (we suggest using a traceable method of delivery such as UPS or US Mail with Delivery
Confirmation, as they will provide you with a tracking number). There will be an extra charge for repairs depending on the extent of the damage.
Q: I received my jewelry, but I'd like to adjust the length.
A: We will modify the jewelry to your specifications. There will be a minimum charge of $5.00 depending on the extent of work that has to be done.
